In the interest of maintaining a safe and harmonious environment, patrons are kindly reminded to adhere to the following conditions when visiting Pia’s Place:
Participation in activities within the facility is undertaken at the individual’s own risk.
- Adult supervision is mandatory at all times to ensure the safety of all visitors.
- While assistance dogs are welcome, Pia’s Place remains a dog-free zone to uphold the comfort and safety of all patrons.
- Kindly dispose of any litter responsibly by either taking it home or utilizing the nearby bins, as no waste receptacles are provided within the play area.
- To maintain the ecological balance, feeding the birds is discouraged.
- Please promptly report any damaged equipment to the Visitor Information Centre for timely maintenance.

Furthermore, to preserve the integrity of the play environment and ensure the safety of all patrons, the following items are strictly prohibited within Pia’s Place:
- Alcohol and glass containers.
